In order to have complete control of the whole process, our own vehicles transfer the meat from the abattoir to Our Model Certified Organic Butcher’s Shop in the Athens suburb of N. Psychiko. Here the meat matures under ideal conditions of hygiene and refrigeration and is prepared to be delivered to you. Meat with the “Eviotopoi” label is cleaned and prepared, ready for cooking. All the necessary information is found on the labels on the packaging and refers to the particular piece of meat you have purchased, for example, serial numbers tracing origin and breeding details and date of slaughter. Our personal attention and care during all stages of production guarantees that our meat is not only delicious but maintains all its nutritional value.
