🔥 Cooking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F, fan or conventional). Place the roll in a roasting pan with a little liquid (water, wine, or a marinade of your choice). Roast for 1 hour per kilogram, uncovering for the last 20 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
