CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
To cancel an order (fully or partially), please send an email to [email protected]. This option is available until you are informed that your order has been shipped. After that point, cancellation is not possible.

PAYMENT METHODS
To facilitate purchases from our online store, www.eviotopoi.gr offers the following payment options:

  1. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the products.

  2. Credit card payment.

Additionally, you can choose whether your payment will be issued with a retail receipt or an invoice. Invoices are issued to companies and self-employed professionals who provide, during the order, the following information: Company name, VAT number, Tax Office, and profession for self-employed professionals.

SHIPPING METHOD - TIME - COST
Deliveries are made using the private refrigerated truck of Eviotopoi S.A.

− Orders under €70 incur a €5 shipping fee. Orders above €70 are FREE.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS
The prices listed in the product catalogs include VAT (13%). www.eviotopoi.gr reserves the right to adjust prices.

WITHDRAWAL - PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return purchased products within 1 business day of receipt. In this case, a €5.00 fee applies for product collection by our driver.
Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as received, with the packaging intact, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
To avoid inconvenience, please carefully check the products and packaging upon delivery to identify any visible defects (e.g., wrong item).
Refunds, depending on (a) the payment method chosen and (b) the method of return, will be completed within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned products.

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. Force Majeure: If, due to force majeure (e.g., bad weather, strikes, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time, we will inform you via email to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order under these circumstances.

  2. Responsibility of www.eviotopoi.gr: In the event that defective products are found in the delivered quantities, you have the right to return them, either for replacement at our shipping cost or for a refund.

  3. Modification of Terms: www.eviotopoi.gr reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions. The company commits to updating this document to reflect any changes or additions to the terms.
