The role concerns our store in Neo Psychiko and aims to strengthen the team with a person who will contribute to the smooth operation of the store and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily customer service, including handling complaints and returns.
- Daily cash counting and cash register management.
- Managing store operations and ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable legislation (e.g., inspections by competent authorities).
- Ensuring store cleanliness, monitoring stock levels, and recording product ordering needs.
- Collaborating with the production department and suppliers of consumables and other products.
- Recording sales, documents, and inventory management through ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar retail or customer service role.
- Communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience using ERP systems.
