
Preparation
Start by rolling out the tart dough with a rolling pin and place it in the tart pan, pressing the edges to give it a nice shape. Prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.
Cover the entire base of the tart with cranberry jam.
Next, cut the Brie cheese into cubes and place them on the tart.
Cut the pancetta into small pieces and add them to the tart until the surface is covered.
Optionally, add a few fresh raspberries.
Sprinkle a little fresh or dried thyme.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C–200°C (356°F–392°F) using the top and bottom heating elements until it turns a nice golden color.
