
Tortillas Stuffed with Minced Meat & Vegetables

Oven Baking:
Place the breaded meat (cutlet) on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and optionally drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) using top and bottom heat for 8–10 minutes on each side, until the breading turns golden brown.
Pan Frying:
Heat a pan over medium heat with enough oil.
Fry the cutlet for 2–3 minutes on each side until it develops a nice color and crispy crust.
