  1. Place the meatloaf on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake it covered in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F), using either fan or conventional heat.

  2. Estimate approximately 1 hour of baking per kilogram of meat.

  3. During the last 15 minutes, uncover the meatloaf to allow it to develop color.
