
Tortillas Stuffed with Minced Meat & Vegetables

Oven Baking:
Place the chicken bites on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or in a shallow dish.
Bake in a preheated oven (190°C–200°C / 374°F–392°F) using top and bottom heat for approximately 45 minutes, until they turn golden, form a nice crust, and the meat is fully cooked.
Halfway through, turn the chicken bites to brown the other side. (Optional: drizzle a little oil over the chicken bites.)
Note: Baking times are indicative and may vary depending on your oven.
Pan Frying:
Heat a pan over medium heat with enough oil.
Fry the chicken bites for 12–15 minutes, until they develop color and the meat is fully cooked.
