Ingredients:

1 συσκευασία ρολό κοτόπουλο γεμιστό ή
1 συσκευασία ρολό χοιρινό γεμιστό

Execution:

Oven Baking

Bake the roll in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F), using either fan or conventional heat, in a baking tray with a little added liquid (water, wine, or a marinade of your choice).
Estimate approximately 1 hour of baking per kilogram of meat.
During the last 20 minutes, uncover the roll to allow it to develop color.

Tip:

Μπορούμε να μαρινάρουμε το ρολό τουλάχιστον 2 ώρες πριν το ψήσιμο. Πριν το μαγείρεμα αφήνουμε για περίπου 20’ το ρολό εκτός ψυγείου να «έρθει» σε θερμοκρασία δωματίου
