Oven Baking
Bake the roll in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F), using either fan or conventional heat, in a baking tray with a little added liquid (water, wine, or a marinade of your choice).
Estimate approximately 1 hour of baking per kilogram of meat.
During the last 20 minutes, uncover the roll to allow it to develop color.
