Traditional Handmade Kokoretsi – Oven Ready

🍽️ Serves 4–6 people

🔥 Cooking instructions:Place the kokoretsi in a baking tray, either resting directly on the tray or positioned on a rack inside it. Cover with aluminum foil and add 1 glass of water to the tray.
Bake in a preheated fan-assisted oven at 190–200°C for 2–2.5 hours.
Remove the foil for the last 20 minutes to allow it to brown.
